Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - i have recently got a call from recruitment firm (sun info systems) for the position of executive assistant to CEO at BKC location.

after the successful completion of the first round of telephonic discussion with ICICI prudential asset management company HR manager. They invited me for second round of HR discussion at Goregoan east office. time, location and other details were shared in advance on with me.

once i reach their office on 9th Dec. i understand that the interviewer HR was left for day due to some personal emergency at home (though when i reach their office she was their). and the junior HR, who already took my telephonic interview told me that now they will organize this round on virtual basis.

after i left from their office, i kept on following with recruitment firm on virtual discussion. after 2/3 follow up the recruitment firm said that they will share another opportunity with me.

i understand that may be they are not moving ahead with my candidature. but at least as a curtesy have a discussion with me. candidates are travelling for interview laterally from panvel to goregoan taking leave from office and post reaching if you cant even talk and discuss then its disrespectful.
