I was asked to introduce yourself then questions were thrown according to what i brefied like my qualities,hobbies etc. Then they asked me more questions related to hiw will you handle customers . I was put into a situation where i had to convince VIP customer as room was not ready he arrived 1 hour earlier so arrangements still need 30 mins . I had to make him wait but not let him know.
