As I have applied for Internal Audit Assistant Manager, I gone through HR Interview and IA Head interview round. HR round was normal however it was more finalized basis DISC assessment result. The interview with IA Head was technical. Questions were asked from Internal audit domain based on AS, SA, CARO, Audit Committee and operations of an organization. One who has worked for 1 year in internal audit field can easily crack the interview.
