First of all you need to organise your self in the answers what you want to answer first, What my strategy is I start providing all technical Info what i have with me to impress the interviewer (Note:- it has to be accurate and your concept has to be crisp), when I do that interviewer stops asking technical and tends towards situational questions, like issues with staff working under you, or issues with customers , which makes my interview expressive, in that way I convince him I am a strong candidate. Some scenarios things can go south, like if your technical (Aspd, monthly sales, yearly sale, quarterly sale, Number of Departments, sale figure of each department and thier contribution percentage, Area per square fit sales, Components Of profit and loss and their percentage against ebita) can be digged more so u need to be number specific, or some scenario based questions where you have to accept defeat and ask for help (is a good thing for the interviewer that you know ground real).
