As the vendor is much experienced than you, how do you plan to achieve the work done as per your command and company work method?

As you said that the vendor is much experienced than me, my work method here might not be so accurate, where i would get something to learn, if i am in other hand confident about my work method, i would suggest him the same, i hope no one is going to practice a wrong method with consent. Even after that if they don't reffer my work method i would arrange a training for them. After that i would bring it to the eyes of my superiors. I am questioning about some thing then i must have a answer to it. Problem without a solution is a bigger problem.
