Q2. What is the training style that you follow?
Ans. Although It depends on the kind of trainees I get for training as every learner has different ability. I usually follow andragogy training style and post every topic I used 80-20 rule to analyze how much my trainees have understood. This gives me the opportunity to know my trainees better in terms of them understanding the topic and accordingly I prepare a plan of action to ensure that everyone is on the same page.
