Women empowerment helps in improving standard of life of women in rural as well as metro areas. It has also brought a lot of economic and social gains in India. We can empower women to become leaders and be whatever they want to be, but if this world is not equally full of men who have been empowered to understand and support women, we cannot build any successful society.

India is democracy so we have right to equality.Women is already being given 33%reservation in legislative bodies and parliament.It can be increased upto 50%also.If women is empowered family is empowered and if families are empowered society gets empowered.
