In my case, I had a career drift, for 1.5 years, because my spouse had a health issues, in my family, we are only 3 members, 2 adult and child, so i paused my career to take care of my un healthy wife and child.

I know very well, that, many of the majority HR's or corporate won't show interest on my resume because of my career gap.

Though I'm a HR person, I just took my priority as a Human being, so it's not my fault. So, I'm proud of my gap on my career, because the person who gotta wound only knows it's pain.
