As Per my point of view we can you two approaches :

If we've already achieved 60% of our target we can split the remaining 40% individually to the sales executives which will result in clear target in the minds of staff.
Since this will be the last week of the month so will see a slight downfall in the walk-in and customers buying capacity, as a result of which we have to increase our focus on K.P.I's, ( If we can push our U.P.T and A.T.V by focusing on explaining the Benefits and Features of the product to the customer who're showing intrest and just needs a little push, we can also communicate the ongoing offers to make customer believe that customer have some real benifits and the staff is not just only pushing the store sales by selling him/her random stuff. And there are more things that could be done in turn the odds in favour)

To achieve rest 40% we need to first make our sales associates aware about where do we stand currently and required numbers to achieve. We would be in need to review and increase our conversion percentages, working on UPT to ensure maximum quntities are getting sold, ASP and ABV would play important role to increase the sales.
