Dream Plast India Production Interview Questions and Answers

Round: Test
Experience: Attempted only those questions which I knew will be correct. 'kam banao Lekin bum banao'. Accuracy matters. After the test many of my fellows attempted way more than which I attempted. To the surprise the test consisted of general awareness questions too.  I was in confusion and was not sure how to react. But when the results were announced for the gd round. I was in and those who had more number of attempts, congratulated me and went on their way to home.
Tips: Accuracy matters alot. Solve and attempt only those which you know very well.
Duration: 30 mins minutes

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: Group discussion was not much of a group discussion. 1 min was given initially for noting down our points and then everyone had to speak up their points individually and then began the real game. It was more like a fish market than a group discussion hall within few minutes. Although almost everyone were making the same point except few.
Tips: Try to initiate the discussion. Speak two to three times atleast. And most important, speak sense. Try to make your conversation in English. If you are not comfortable with English then you may switch over to hindi.
Duration: 35 mins minutes

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: Interview was very good. Didn't left any answer unanswered . The panel seemed satisfied and happy. Most of the questions were application based.
Tips: Don't mug up anything for interviews. They will surely don't ask those questions.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: Was told to introduce myself. Gave a brief introduction which included educational qualifications, family background, strengths, weaknesses, achievements etc..
Tips: This is the part where you need to fake yourself. Don't be too decent. Show your confidence and tell them what they want to hear because this the part where cross questions arises and if you get tangled in their questions, then you are going nowhere. The people in the panel are too smart, you need to be smarter than them to fake it.
