2-Be true but not mean about your last job asit will put a bad impression. Your answer can be, "last job was as good in terms of salery as well as teaching environment. But it's not always about money, sometime we seek for reputation and name and DPS International is a highly reputed and well know school, which perfectly suits my preference and is like, what I always wanted when I choose the career of teaching."

3- It's better to give a last try rather than to accept the rejection. Answer with "having young teachers is a good choice for pre primary but I think old and experienced teachers will stand out in handling kids with extra care and patience which is very rare to find in young talents and teachers."
