One of my distributor was from political back ground and for him reputation is more valuable than the money and closing this type of distribution is very difficult task , neither they will work nor they will leave. I have reduced support to him and decreased dependency on and slowly reduced his territory with full transparency and after taking him in confidence. Later he realised that it is meaningless for him to be system and him agreed to close the distribution.
