Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - This college has got good reputation only from outside but attending interviews is utter waste its simply waste of time they will have Panel to assess but at end of the day they will select candidates purely based on Recommendation. If the person who recommends is really strong even though candidate is useless and not deserving, even though selection panel dint short list they will select based on recommendation it recently happened to one of my relatives. Worst part is selected candidate herself accepted that she got the job based on recommendation. If someone from the Management or Board of directors of the college looking into this feedback please consider this and show some respect for the panel of members sitting for the interview or else dont conduct interview and bluff the ppl, pls recruit purely based on recommendation.
