Direct interview.. but the thing is they have a worst recruitment process , they say you are selected and after completing 10days of training .. they conduct a exam like school like very detailed question answers , Fill ups , etc and they will blindly say you goodbye & say you are not eligible for working here because you have not scored 90% mark in the exam they conducted... Totally wasted my life here.
