Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - worst hiring process even if you are selected they will send confirmation mail and after that when the time comes to release the offer they ignore your text and calls . if I have to give rating to hiring manager or process i would give 0 dont even give the clarity to the candidiate that we are procceding with other candidate or there is CTC issue.
