Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The sales pressure is way too high. Sales target is 24 lakhs per month. By 10th of every month, you have to achieve 6 lakhs.
By 20th, 8,40,000 and by 30th, 9,60,000.

So the pressure never stops. Salary you will get on 7th of every month. Salary is given on time but it’s not worth the effort you put in. For namesake you’re a sales manager, in reality you’re a tele-caller who is calling clients by seeing old cards and trying to trap clients into paying you for high ticket packages.
