Never come through as arrogant and deceitful. Make sure you have well rounded answers on a pay hike and your long term financial goals. If you need a 30% hike from your prior role, be sure to provide a compelling argument and not make absurd comparison with peers and industry standards. For e.g. arguing that your peers all got a 30% hike in salary OR that the industry needs me at any price is not going to sit well with HR. 
Find a middle ground on relocating to office and never always working from home. 
Talk about hobbies that adds credibility to your profile and not things like riding motorcycles at insane speeds on city roads. 
No one's really interested on what you do on personal time but this is a question to check your attitudes and beliefs. For instance I love to watch TV and laze around in the couch but I chose to say that I watch TV and sit on my laptop researching emerging trends such as AI and related workforce disruption OR I work on Udemy lessons while leaving the TV on.
