Went for an interview at Kolkata office, no response by receptionist at first, even government offices are better busy eating samosa roaming, and then the wait started for 1 hour before the interviewer came with zero interest after repeated followups. This guy called himself Director and had least interest in taking the interview, gives expressions as if he is a business tycoon whereas he seemed quite unprofessional and looked like he has candidates Fixed for the role. He didn't even seem to have any knowledge or understanding. No doubt Care Ratings is in such a downtrend due to such uneducated people like this who are to be thrown out with utmost priority! Here class 10 pass people can work at Max under such people, no place for talented educated guys who deserves 5 times better package than this one!
