I was interviewed for ServiceNow developer (Exp- 4 to 7 years) Post shortlisting of resume, first round was Technical. Most questions were related to what kind of projects I have worked on, how much coding part was included, what kind of experience I have, what percentage of my role were into customer facing. Technical questions included: 1. Client scripts and server scripts, what are the types of each. Glide ajax, Business rule and its types, example for Assync BR etc. 2. How much would I rate myself in both? Scenario based questions. dot walking, domain separator and so on. 3. What kind of integrations I have worked on (SOAP/REST), methods used in API, transform mapping, any other way of integration etc. 4. We are integrating incident with third party tool, how would you sell this integration to the client? 5. Workflow, automations done in the fulfillment processes etc.
