Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - If you are ok with throwing away your personal life and working all the time to achieve targets that keep changing every month then this is the job for you. They dangle incentive carrots and you run for it and work like a donkey. NO incentives are paid on time, pennies for appraisals, forget about the variable pay. I resigned as soon as possible and gave 45 days for notice period I haven't seen my last month's salary and I kept on asking for my full and final payment. After getting all the work done at the end last working day says that the salary is forfeited as the notice period is 90 days.

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The recruiter asked to come for a face to face interview inspite of knowing the trains are closed for local public. When asked she replied other people are coming. Questionable situation is how is the staff traveling and when caught who is taking responsibility. A simple video call interview could be done. But the company is insistent on candidates coming to their office means there is no understanding of the situation. Wonder what will happen once someone joins. This vacancy for this position is up every alternate year, makes one again have questions.

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - one of the pathetic interviews I had with one of the BU heads of the Home Lane organization of del NCR. I do not understand why an employer goes personal why cannot we stick to basics and keep it point to point? in my 10 years of experience, I have met good people with whom I had long discussions regarding interviews but never met such an egoistic personality. Why did you resign? what will you do now in the next 6 months...? if a candidate resigns he might have some good offer in hand so please do not jump to conclusions without having zero knowledge of the person. management advice it is always a call of BU and top management to hire I am not evaluating either I complain about that but try to be nice to the candidate because trust me it takes a second to turn tables and vice versa. healthy work culture plays an important role do not be bossy and act like a leader who takes the team up.
