Well to answer question always be honest never give unclear answer and try to connect to interviewer so they are sure your answers are genuine..... I honestly replied that i was not liking the role and management want me to reallocate which was not feasible for me you can also add that you are looking for monetary growth if you are not happy with current package and explain the current role in easy language.
