I will maintain 5S in my store, maintain fifo & lifo and also maintain phisical stock. By doing this the stock of the store remains correct. I personally report my inventory on a daily basis to the store.

its impotant to focus Receiving material & issuance of material in proper manner. Make a shedule on weekly basis to check inventory levels & maintain error in inventory. Analyze the error so its not repeat in future. work on plan,implement,check,apply.
