There is no need to fight with them. As they are my seniors they may have some qualities or they are serving for more days to the company than me so that the company has appointed them on that post and the junior employee should follow them as a teacher because in their company we can learn better and too get the post like them, so we should respect them to be like them even no to argue with them because they are like our teachers.
