Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Do not choose this company as in this company you will not find your growth and even if you are not an fresher, you have experience of 1-2 years and so on, they will not consider your experience and they will start your career again as a fresher and even if you are appying for any other role as per your experience or interest, they will send you in any of the vacancy they have.
They will not tell you their complete procedure nor the policies, when you will start facing the issues then they will tell you that why you didn't ask this before.

One incident happened with me, HR was rude with me, so I informed my associate manager and they replied me that HR is very short temper, so you should not keep anything in your mind.
Be polite with her.
I mean that is a good suggestion but really.
