It was an online test of JEE level questions ( approximately 1 hour duration). You have to score 60 percent in order to qualify for the next round (which is the demo round a recorded video of yourself teaching a particular topic of your interest to check your style of teaching.) Then they will conduct technical interview followed by HR interview ( to discuss salary and location).
