As i was an experienced candidate they put directly into the technical round where i faced two Manager & Senior Manager of the R2R team which they causally asked to introduce myself and about my experience. Most of the questions were from the resume what we mentioned then slowly asked about basic accounting questions - Journal entries of accrual , deferred revenue , depreciation , bad debts etc then asked some ratio analysis formula , working capital etc. this itself took some 45 minutes then the interview winded up. It was lenient i wouldn't say easy. if you have prepared well then you will find it easy.
