I got call from Third Party head hunter. They forwarded my resume to Atlas Corpco Gecia‘s HR with my agreement. Then Atlas Corpco Gecias’s HR sent me a pre-employment questionnaire form in which we need to fill about our self and our previous employment history. Entire Process has 3rounds.1st Round taken by Atlas corpco recruitment HR and Technical Manager. They asked about my previous jobs and some technical questions. Second round is Internal client Round. He interviewed me in Japanese Language and third round was taken by Technical General Manager and HR Manager. They asked general questions like what am I expecting. Why I am leaving previous organization and what risks I am expecting if I join them etc. After that I received Congratulations mail for HR and he asked me to share my salary slips and National Identity documents etc. After sharing those docs, I got Salary offer mail after 1.5 weeks. Upon my agreement with salary, They initiated medical fitness test. They told me theh will inform me if I can resign to my current company or not based on medical fitness test. Fortunately, I passed that test and they initiated BGC. and asked me final date when I can join them. So, This is Atlas Corpco Gecia’s Selection process.
