Basically, first we have to understand what customer is going through because we don't know what issues they are currently facing(their own personal problems) or it can be related to their health. So,with a soft tone of voice we should first create a little bit friendly relationship with the customer as they feel more comfortable and interesting about the conversation between us. After a while then we can push forward to the main process. At the end it's all about how to make someone comfortable and interested if they are not even interested in communicating they surely get bored or angry.
