Past 3 years, I had been working as Mortgage Advisor for NY based Real estate and Mortgage brokerage firm and
I had been taking care of their Existing client or website inquiries 
for Real estate or mortgage services and asked them for Pre Qualification question and forwarded their information
For Pre Approval purpose to Our branch manager and discussed about
 customer's mortgage profile
 through call or chat and accordingly arrange a call back or schedule an appointment @client office in NY along with documented needed
 for pre approval either offline or online documentation as per convenient of the borrower
