1st filter 
We see up side in Excel there see data there have in filter option and 2nd formula alt DFF for filter use

2nd v lookup 
V lookup mean vertical look up 
There have vlookup formula is =vlookup(lookup value like satyam,table array mean select the table , column index number mean select the column index number like 2,0,)

=Vlookup(lookup value,table array, column index number,exact match or 0).
