If the problem is from company side I will speak with the company manger nd I will explain the problem to manger nd I will solve the problem of customer 
If the problem is from customer I will explain how to solve his problem 
If customer anger also I will make him cool nd will explain in detail for customer solution for problem and make him happy

If the problem is from company side then I will seek permission from higher authority and provide customer with compensation
