C- Answered about capacity augmentation of premium petrol, as I had completely handled the project.

I- Why did you initiate the project/activity?

C- Higher margins on premium petrol as compared to normal petrol , HPCL lagging behind BPCL and IOCL.

I- Challenges / constraints faced in the activity?

C- Construction in a running petrol pump, each site different in layout so every site has to be planned differently, planning required to minimize sales loss, project completion in time, given a target of installing 30 new tanks in a year while our previous best was 10 in an year.

I- : Had mentioned a point about cost savings in my CV, asked me to prove it.

C- Described my initiative and made calculations to arrive at the savings value.
