To create an email signature in Outlook, go to the settings menu, select 'Options', click on 'Mail' and then 'Signatures'.

Open Outlook and click on the 'File' tab.
Select 'Options' from the drop-down menu.
In the Outlook Options window, click on 'Mail' in the left-hand menu.
Under the 'Compose messages' section, click on 'Signatures'.
In the Signatures and Stationery window, click on 'New' to create a new signature.
Enter a name for the signature and click 'OK'.
In the 'Edit signature' section, type the desired text for your signature.
You can format the text, add images, links, and customize the font and size.
Once done, click 'OK' to save the signature.
You can set the signature as default for new messages and replies/forwards.
Click 'OK' to close the Signatures and Stationery window.
Your email signature is now created and will be automatically added to your outgoing emails.

In the main menu under tools click on Optipns go to the mail formate tab and click on signature and under signature tab click new and type the signature name according to you.
