Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Pros - AGS is one of the best companies and great place to work with people centric policies and culture. As a matter of fact, my personal opinion, it is the only company that I liked out of the 14 companies I had been associated with.
Cons - lack of leadership qualities in some management individuals who taint the companies reputation.
