I am currently serving in labcorp with 8 LPA with 4 yoe, also I am the only QA engineer in my team. I have to balance my work in testing multiple softwares. My current market standard out in the market is around 11/12 LPA. Can anyone give any inputs on how to negotiate this with my HR?

And for 1-3 years experience people also good
But not recommending 4+experience candidate , growth was very less and Target was Huge compare to other organisations..(12-13hrs is taking to achieve Target everyday ) ..
If you're Ok for Every , Best job security and all allowance are there .
