Discussion is usually based on what you have provided in the CV. It is better to have 1-2 things mentioned and be strong in those areas, rather than putting everything and not able to answer on those modules which you have not worked on.

Always highlight the areas which you are comfortable with. This will automatically make the interviewer ask you questions around this.
