first we take permit of beat exchanger

of check all valve are isolate or Not Of toto Tag placing or Not Then Check all inlet outlet are blinding on not If not then first do blinding asper. blind list.

-Remove omponent channel tread chamelcover Back cover & Floating head) Palf out tube bundle.

-offer for primary inspeerin.

Hydro jetting of component Shell & Fabe bundle.

inspection of tube budle ECT IRFET To check tube life (damage) Repair of shell & component if damage found.

and painting to be done if required.

After clearance  in next step insert the tabe bundle inside shell

Before insert the tube bundle install new gasket

-After bundle insert fix all The compone After Fixing of all components

Prepare hydrotest.

i) initial shell test

(n) Final shell test

-fifter getting final clearance from operation side wei will do the de blinding of teabeside and shell side.
