I will explain the customer if he buy under construction or going to be develop building then he or she may see their buildings what kind of material used in this bulding by ur own eyes or they choosen other product which use in this buidling while discuss with our developer

i do understand it takes time to build but still they can choose thewir type of house like paint amenties cements or other things but if they choose ready to movie flat or buiding then they wont have that ooption available for them they just need to enter the hosue ehatever builder developer tell they need to believe on their words but here they can see with their eyes or he may pay the money as per convenience in installemt but for ready to move flat they need to pay in 1 short
