4 Interview Rounds
Interview Preparation Tips
Round: Test
Experience: Only aptitude was asked.Mostly related to permutations,probability,percentages,profit loss etc. "Its a subjective pattern notObjective one".
Round: Technical Interview
Experience: Only puzzles were given. Some mathematical questions too.Like aptitude. But it took a lot of time around 3.5 hours. It is very easy to get into On Mobile if you are good in aptitude. But learn solving mathematical puzzle.
Round: HR Interview
Experience: It was about 15 minutes. Asked about family,further studies etc. (Don't tell that you are going for further studies).
General Tips: If you are preparing for cat it is easier to get into On Mobile than any other software company. It is a very good company if you compare work(JAVA mainly),increments are very huge there. Try to solve as many mathematical puzzles as you can and you can get easily into On mobile.
College Name: NIT WARANGAL

Experience: The total selection procedure contains two written rounds and technical interview followed by the HR interview round. All rounds contain only puzzles. In first written test ,they asked 8 puzzles and in second written test,they asked 6 puzzles giving enough time. In technical interview, 3 puzzles were asked. HR interview went in a normal manner.For written tests, questions may get repeated from previous year papers.
Round: Technical Interview
Experience: Only three questions were asked. Two of them are general puzzles and the other was asked to give an algorithm. But we are required to do all the questions they give in interview. My confidence levels had been increased after being one of the three persons selected for interview after two written tests.I stayed cool during my written tests and my interview and got ideas for the problems in a better manner and the good thing was that the time was pretty enough for the puzzles to be solved.

Experience: My HR interview went in a very normal fashion.They asked me 'Tell me about yourself','Where do you want to be in 5
years','Tell me about 'ON MOBILE' and some questions based on what I wrote in my resume.
General Tips: You should be very thorough with analytical,logical and some general puzzles. Try to surf for some websites to get previous papers and be perfect with the models before attending the exam.
