Round: Group Discussion
Experience: Easy one. As half of the group didn't get a chance to speak. Maybe due to too many participants in the GD.
Tips: Speak aloud and sensibly. Make sure, You cut the noise and make others listen while making strong arguments.Other general tips for GD are applicable.
Duration: 30 minutes
Round: HR Interview
Experience: Decent experience. Processes were simple. Not too tough rounds.
Tips: Be confident about yourself, what you love to do and your potential!
Skills: Adaptability, Teamwork, Assertiveness
College Name: Institute of Management Technology, Nagpur
Motivation: I wanted to work for a reputed brand.
Funny Moments: Training of 1 month in Kolkata is something I can never forget. Probably, they will not organize such training in future but I was lucky and had amazing time in training. Got to learn Engineering concepts again from scratch.
