- Q1. Tell me about yourself
Interview Preparation Tips
Round: Test
Experience: Questions were aimed at analysing logical and problem solving skills. Some questions were ambigous to know how we approach the problem.
Tips: Don't assume things. If you see some thing is missing in the question, mention that it is missing and tell all the possible ways of answer.
Duration: 30 minutes
Total Questions: 8
Round: HR Interview
Experience: I told them about my skills which are relevant to the company.
Tips: Identify what the company is looking for and answer accordingly.
General Tips: Apply only if you are interested in Civil Engineering. One month will be learning a construction management software and other month on site work.

Motivation: I was desperate for an intern! :p
Funny Moments: He asked what I will do at free time. I told hanging out with friends, watching cinema. He asked what was the last film I watched and my mind went blank for 5 minutes.

Tips: As mentioned above,Domain knowledge required in lean and programming is the prime criteria for the selection.
General Tips: No special preparation is required as it is a core company and they wanted basic domain knowledge of lean implementation.
