Interview Preparation Tips

Round: resume shortlisting
Experience: Initial shortlisting was based on application form and resume.
Tips: Good CGPA (they expect decent tech fundaes) is usually the major requirement. If you have a good set of positions of responsibilities or extracurricular activities will be an added asset.

Round: Group Discussion
Tips: They see how well you manage yourself and the group, how well you talk and reach a solution. They don't concentrateĀ  much on communicative abilities, but they see how you deal with people and projectyourself there in the group.

Round: Interview
Experience: They would touch up onĀ  academics and a decent set of HR questions, They primarily try to analyze if the student can fit into the company environment and has the ability to carry out major tasks. The questions were mainly about internship, and a little on technical knowledge.
Tips: Score Good CGPA and be strong in your academics.
