- Q1. Questions about metro rail project
Interview Preparation Tips
Round: Technical Interview
Experience: 1. Both HR and technical questions were asked.
2.The criteria for getting shortlisted was Management projects/internships
3.Having done any management coursework was also the criteria.
4.My project was on metro rail which matched their profile completely.
Tips: 1.They were looking for projects that involved management and planning.
General Tips: 1.Have a basic overview of all courses.
2.Be thorough with your project.
Skill Tips: For core companies:
1. Structural: ensure that you know about specific IS codes.
2.BTCM :Planning, management and tendering processes
Skills: Construction Management Skills,

Interview Questions
- Q1. Questions based on projects were asked
Interview Preparation Tips
Round: HR Interview
Experience: 1.I was just needed to convince HR that I will be working with them for the next five years.
Tips: 1. Projects were the sole criteria for getting shortlisted in the whole process.
2.Do some relevant projects like I did for railway and metro constructions.
General Tips: It's better to decide to go for core or non core before hand to prepare well for the interviews.
Skill Tips: The areas I prepared were:
1.Structural analysis.
2.Basics of steel and concrete designs.
3.Concepts from structural engineering and design.
No need of any mathematical related stuff. BTP(Final Year Project) helped a lot.
