5 Interview Rounds

Interview Preparation Tips

Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: Resume Shortlisting was purely based on the aggregate percentage. Students above 70% Aggregate were directly selected for the next round.

Round: Test
Experience: Questions were based on App designing and detailing. Sone questions were:
1) Design a 24-month Road Map for Flipkart Mobile App using Gantt Charts.
2) Detail a critique for YouTube's android app.
3) Take your favourite messaging app and design witeframes considering the app to be an all-in-one app providing groceries, cabs, etc.
4) Take your favourite app which you use daily and discuss 2 features which you would like to remove and and 2 features which you would like to add.

This round was non-elimination, but its score would be added at the end of the process. I completed around 4-5 questions. It mainly checked your creative skills and imagination power.
Duration: 90 Minutes minutes
Total Questions: 9

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: Usual GD procedure, with candidates with good elocution skill and logical points were selected with the next round. Around 70 people appeared in GD and 20 were selected out of them.
Tips: Just be logical and present yourself with grace. Candidates fighting, interrupting or speaking loudly were instantly rejected. Give more and more examples on each topic.
Duration: 30 minutes

Round: HR Interview
Experience: Each candidate had to go through only one interview. The interview was a mix of HR and CV based. The interviewer took the CV seriously and went in detail for each and every point mentioned on the CV. Also basic questions like strengths and weaknesses, greatest difficulty faced in life, unique and interesting thing about you, etc were asked.
Tips: Just prepare your CV well, don't put fake things in your CV and the things which you can't explain. Be confident and present yourself well.
