4 Interview Rounds
Interview Preparation Tips
Round: Test
Experience: The first written test was an aptitude test consisting questions based on quantitative ability, logical reasoning and verbal ability.
All those who cleared it, had to choose their respective profile. The various profile options available were:
Financial analyst
Banking and insurance
Business Process Outsourcing
The 2nd round of written test was on the basis of the profile chosen. I had chosen financial analyst – so the written test had questions based on finance and investment.
Round: HR Interview
Experience: The HR interview had questions about what my strengths and weakness. They also asked me why do I feel I am suitable for the company and why should they choose me.
Thereafter, there was a telephonic interview as well. It was a telephonic interview taken by vice president of the company. He asked questions on accounts. The topics were as follows:
Accountancy terms.
Golden rules of accounting.
Principles of accounting and other such terms.

Experience: 1st common written test was open for all the students who applied. Later all those who got selected were asked to choose a job profile from four options. Later a written test based on the option so selected was there. The profiles offered were:
