Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - My advice: 1. Be ThOROUGH with your resume, know each and everything that you have mentioned in it.
2. Lead the interview in such a way that it revolves around your resume and the knowledge that you have.
3. Always have a working knowledge of the company's inception, founders, history etc.
4. Be confident in one skill/subject and try to talk about it.
5. If you do not know the answer to a particular question that is being asked, be direct and don't linger on, be clear and accept that you are not aware of that topic but would like to know more if they can educate you about it.
6. Always have 1-2 sensible questions ready for the recruiters, asking about the company's culture etc and not about salary or timings.
7. Know the latest market trends, technology trends, and what's hot selling.
8. Always read the job description and try to do some research about it, on Job seeking platforms like Naukri, Linkedin etc. This will help you find the people with similar profiles, which in turn will help in understanding the skill set needed for that role.

Round: Test
Experience: During this round there were MCQ questions on maths, logical reasoning and english
Duration: 1 hour

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: A random topic was given to the group on the spot and the group was expected to discuss about it. The group discussion was an unorganized one hence allowing the participants an opputunity to exhibit how they can handle group discussions
Duration: 10 minutes

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: The managers of the teams which needed interns had formed panels consisting of two panelists. Each student was asked questions by them regarding their acheivments till then. Students were encouraged to ask the panelists questions.

Experience: There were again panels of two interviewers and this time they included field of study specific questions along with general background related questions

Experience: The resume was sent to Regional HR head. And after a week I got the response from them that to come to office to discuss about the internship.
Tips: Attach all supporting docs. Like marks card and govt. ID it makes the process faster.

Experience: I was asked all about my requirements from the internship like which department I want to intern at and what kind of projects I want to undertake.
After that the job description was provided to me and Internship amount or stipends was discussed.
Finally I was given the offer letter.

Experience: So this was a basic written test to check your GK, vocabulary, language proficiency and editing skills. It was very print news oriented as the interview was for the pot of a reporter.

Experience: In this they hardly asked two or three questions which were again basic. The questions were all rraltrd to news as mentioned above
