Merit's robust Learning & Developement is a blend of customised learning programs and self-paced programs, empowering employees to take charge of their growth and development. Employees are encouraged to explore both professional and personal interests, such as music, learning a new language, photography or health and fitness topics.There is no upper limit to the number of courses an employee can access, and all are fully funded by the organization. We encourage new parents to spend more time with their newborn. Our ‘Baby Steps’ program helps them by offering extended work from home privileges, post the maternity/ paternity leave. We provide new parents flexible working hours with reduced targets during the period of this program, with no reduction in their pay levels.
