Growth & Learning - 'Programs For All’
We have customized learning programs tailored to employees' roles across all levels within the organization. Merit's robust Learning & Developement is a blend of customised learning programs and self-paced programs, empowering employees to take charge of their growth and development. Employees are encouraged to explore both professional and personal interests, such as music, learning a new language, photography or health and fitness topics.There is no upper limit to the number of courses an employee can access, and all are fully funded by the organization. We encourage new parents to spend more time with their newborn. Our ‘Baby Steps’ program helps them by offering extended work from home privileges, post the maternity/ paternity leave. We provide new parents flexible working hours with reduced targets during the period of this program, with no reduction in their pay levels.
Work-Life Integration

Vacation & Time Off: Our leave policies are designed to help our people unplug and recharge. We encourage our employees to make the most off their time off to relax and spend quality time with their families. New mothers are provided with statutory maternity leave, while new fathers are granted paternity leave.
