Should I accept the offer or any other advice ?
I was working as an Associate in a medical billing company with a CTC of 3.75 LPA. Iāve received an offer from Genpact in the same field (medical billing/insurance claims) with a salary of 4.5 LPA, but the shift is from 5:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., which is not ideal for me but I can still manage.
Iām 25 and have 2 years of work experience and have been without a job for 3 months for the CAT exam (unfortunately, no hopes there).
Iām really confused about what direction to take with my career. Should I accept the Genpact offer, or is it better to keep looking for other opportunities? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
