This helps them to enhance their competencies by pursuing higher studies and applying for technology certifications and ascend further in their career, adding value to themselves and the organization. An Aspirian is eligible for receiving an amount of INR 20,000 each year.

We encourage Aspirians to take up volunteering activities beyond work that could make a positive impact on society.
