After Mr. Joshi holding MD's chair, company is not more employee centric, in-hand salary is not consistent. Project pipeline also got impacted with less number of projects, which cause insecurity among employees.

No salary hike. No promotions. Favoritism. No matter how much efforts you put only thing you can get is some award. No proper communication from hr. No proper management. Hybrid work policy made mandtory but not implemented where dome people are forced to come to office and other didn't even go one or twice and only thing we get is we are monitoring. No good projects or new projects

...ction. First company where ny induction happened 3 months after my joining date. There is no guarantee the salary will be credited at the end of the month and when you talk to the Manager or HR they will behave as if I am asking for some charity. No work life balance.

Learning is better than previous companies

...not even try to hire employees even if they said they need three more employees. Something is always deducted from salary every month and then, we have to wait for 1-2 months till manager send an email to HR and it gets approved. Something of the promoted TL don’t even deserved to be at that position.

Manager and Leads of QA Cambridge project. I don't even know who hired those people. I was with Tech M only for 1 yr and within this 1 yr 7 people included me resigned the organization without any job offer. All because of specially Akbar Abbas Mohammed and Archana Neelam.
